In a justice system that isn’t always “just” you must protect yourself, your rights, your freedom, your integrity, your family, your future and your career.  Being charged for a crime can be life changing.  Being charged with a crime you did not commit can be devastating.   In either case you have rights and mistakes can be forgiven.  You have the right to due process and a fair and speedy trial.  You have the right to have a defense lawyer who’ll stand up and fight aggressively for you in court as if he were on trial himself.  No one shall be deprived of life, liberty or property without due process of law.  Knowing the law, protecting your rights and your freedom is Mike’s passion – it’s what Mike does.
